The author of this article compares a dysfunctional structure of organizations with our healthiness. We would rather describe such processes in „steps of escalation of conflicts“ and „circle of conflict“ e.g.- in our conflict analyses- but beside the naming – this is exactly our experience in internal organization conflicts: they usually won`t disappear themselves and without the right intervention, the situation will get worse and at one point the „unhealthy“ behavior will take over.
