Coaching is a tool for companies to develop the skills of their employees. In the process of coaching, we defer to the coach’s individual topics and to current issues of his work environment. Together, we analyze the spheres in which will be operated in future, we develop mutual solutions and practice behavior in case of difficult situations. Coaching can be applied as needed, for example when a manager needs assistance to the handling of an issue or it can be used as an on-going instrument for a personal and professional development.
