Conflict Resolution is way of compounding conflicts characterized by Christoph Thomann and Schulz von Thun. This method works well for cases in which a conflict affects different hierarchical levels. Managers‘ roles are invigorated and supported. The facilitator assists in compounding the conflict and in searching for a mutual solution. In contrast to mediation, we will work together from one through to three days straight – not for a longer period of time with short meetings.
