We developed a new seminar/ training for business people outside of Europe, who want to learn more about the European and especially German approach to negotiation and business communication and processes. Our intercultural training does not stereotype people but provides generalizations. These generalizations are based upon research, observation and experiences and offer people with simple guidelines on a country or culture and their way to approach. These guidelines act firstly as an intercultural safety net people can turn to when uncertain and secondly will lead to better success in negotiations and working together in international teams.
