How do coachings, seminars & workshops work?
We have a large team of experienced trainers and coaches who are each selected according to the task at hand. The special feature of our structure is that CONSENSUS can carry out large coaching assignments with up to a hundred coachees at the same time. The measures are then carried out by different coaches who are in close contact with each other – a project coordination ensures that the guidelines and goals of the organization are followed and achieved. All trainers and coaches regularly carry out intervision and supervision and are in close cooperation with colleagues. For the customer, this means advice from one source, reliability and diversity, even for large and long-term projects
