Hauser QuadratBirgit Hauser has a Master of Science in Project & Business Mediation from the Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Mediation from the University of Applied Sciences St. Gallen. For several years she was Human Resources Manager at a listed company and has extensive negotiation experience. Birgit Hauser lives in Stuttgart, is a cooperation partner of the Consensus Group and works as a commercial negotiator and conflict mediator for companies, NGOs and executives.

Autorenbild_BeckHenning Beck was born in 1983 on Bergstrasse in southern Hesse and studied biochemistry in Tübingen. After graduating, he did his doctorate at the Graduate School of Cellular & Molecular Neuroscience there. He worked at the University of California at Berkeley, publishes regularly in Wirtschaftswoche and GEO-Magazin and gives lectures and workshops on topics such as »neurobiology and creativity«. Henning Beck lives in Frankfurt and works at the Scene Grammar Lab there.
