“A company benefits from employees who are satisfied. This sentence sounds like a platitude, but is now scientifically proven. Together with two colleagues from Warwick Business School, Alex Edmans, a professor of business administration at Wharton Business School, made this phenomenon measurable: the scientists studied the market value of companies with exceptionally happy employees. According to Edmans, those companies‘ returns had been two to three percent above average.”

Scientists analyzed in different research studies, which factors make employees „happy“: conflict management, training and coaching are three important elements that make employees and especially managers feel good. Employees will give their employers great credit for supporting them and preparing them for critical situations.
