Unter anderem beschäftigen wir uns mit Theorien dieses Herrn, der gerade ein neues Buch veröffentlicht hat:
„So gut wie jeder hat schon einmal davon gehört: Wenn wir mit einem anderen sprechen, dann geht es nicht nur um den sachlichen Inhalt dessen, was wir sagen, sondern es gibt vier verschiedene Ebenen der Kommunikation: Jede Botschaft enthält auch eine Aussage über die Beziehung, in der wir zum Gegenüber stehen. Sie sagt etwas über uns selbst aus, und sie kann als Appell verstanden werden.“ Der Kommunikationswissenschaftler, der dieses Modell entworfen und weiterentwickelt hat, Schulz v. Thun, hat in Anknüpfung daran, weitere Kommunikationstheorien entwickelt, die sich insbesondere an Führungskräfte richten.

Among other things, we talk about theories and exercices established by Schulz von Thun, who just published his new book. He says that all of us have heard about the fact that when we are talking to other people, it is not just about the content of what we say. There are four different levels of communication: every message contains a statement about our relation to the counterpart, a statement about ourselves or it can be understood as a plea. Schulz von Thun, who invented and extended this model has developed other communication theories in addition to that: theories referring particularly to managers. Theories and practices of communication studies are an inherent part of Consensus‘ communication seminars.
